Eligibility

• Contingent Logo designing competition is open for youth members between the age 10 - 25 Years.

Design Requirement

• The design should be in one of the following shapes:

  • Oval

  • Circle

  • Square

  • Diamond

  • Pentagon

  • Hexagon

• The following design elements should be included in the logo:

  • 25th World Scout Jamboree Logo

  • Logo of The Bharat Scouts & Guides

  • The wording "Indian Contingent"

• Maximum 4 colors can be used

• All designs submitted must be accompanied by a design rationale or a design concept

Judging Criteria

• Creativity - 30%

• Aesthetic - 30%

• Adaptability - 20%

• Design Rationale - 20%

The Jury will select the best Logo.
 

Usage of Logo

Once the logo is selected The Bharat Scouts and Guides reserves the right to use, store, copy, display, advertise, transmit, transfer, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works of, incorporate into other works, publicly perform and/or publish the submitted artwork in any media for any purpose whatsoever.

The Bharat Scouts and Guides retains the right to use the final logo, or any versions of the logo created in the process, within printed and online portfolios, including promotional materials such as newsletters and advertisements. The logo design is intended for use in all publications, collaterals and artworks produced by the Association such as:

• Website

• Social Media

• Banner, flyers, posters and other PR Materials

• Backdrops

• Merchandise

Submission Instructions

• Participants are required to submit the Digital Artwork or illustration in ".psd, .eps, .ai, .cdr,".

• Participants are also required to submit the design in high resolution ".jpeg , .png, .tiff".

• All file should be named (your name and scout group) and uploaded to the link below.
